Who is the art editor of that new, curious, and interesting magazine “Gipsy”, (sic) which recently made its bow to the public. Mr Odle is a very clever decorative artist with a distinctive style, whose pictures possess something of the quaint individuality of their creator, who is seldom to be seen without black gloves.
